What is Micro-Fiber?

Micro-fiber cloths are made of Micro-Fiber threads that are 80% Polyester and 20% Polyamide (Nylon). Each single thread of micro-fiber is 1/100th of the thickness of a human hair. Micro-fiber cloth is the fabric of choice for performance situations where a regular cloth would not be as soft and non-abrasive to delicate surfaces, nor lift dirt, dust, and particles to clean as effectively.

What can Micro-Fiber be used for?

In this case, micro-fiber can be used as an effective promotional product! More cost-effective than a standard paper business card, micro-fiber cloths stay with the recipient and don't get tossed away.

Also, cleaning! Micro-fiber cloths are technically superior to standard cottons, wools, and silks in their ability to clean more effectively while remaining soft and free of physical imperfections that might scratch a sensitive lens or surface. The dense micro-fiber knits are also highly suitable for wicking moisture away from surfaces.

We have many different sizes and knits of micro-fiber cloths that are best suited for different cleaning purposes, from small hand-cloths for lenses and glasses to larger micro-fiber towels for use on televisions, computer screens, automobiles, musical instruments, laboratory equipment, and even for your own body!

What custom cloth sizes and printing options are available?

We have several standard size pre-cut cloths to choose from, and we can also provide custom cuts tailored to your specific needs! Cloth as small as a business card and as large as a beach towel. We also provide scratch-free and smudge-free printing on the cloths. We offer single-color pad printing, a fast and affordable way to get high quality graphic image and text, as well as stunning full-color digital dye-sublimation printing. We can work together with you on a logo image, or you can send your logo to us by e-mail and we will optimize the image for printing on cloth at no extra cost to you!

Graphic files should ideally be Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator TIF, EPS, or PDF files, but we can also work with .JPG, .BMP, and .PNG files. Please make sure the artwork is at least 200dpi and approved by the customer for CMYK color spectrum. If your image file is in a different file format, we may still be able to work with you, please contact us by email or by phone and we will do our best to work out a solution for you.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Our facilities provide for tremendous efficiency and cost-benefits to our customers. We are able to leverage price based on quantity and can provide full service on orders as small as 100 pieces. However, orders starting at 1,000 pieces receive the benefit of more aggressive pricing per cloth as quantity increases.

What is the turnaround time on my order?

Most orders will be fulfilled within 2-6 weeks of finalization of the image file and order confirmation depending on quantity. Orders of cloths and other supplies without printing are shipped within 3 business days based on availability.

Can I order blank cloths and do the printing myself?

Yes!

Can Micro-Fiber cloths be washed?

Yes! While our cloths will survive many runs through a washing machine, please make sure to avoid using fabric softener as it will cause our cloth to puff up and become unusable. For best results, we recommend a quick hand wash in the sink with warm water and soap followed by air drying.
